Inheritor Introduction：
男 ，汉族 ，1953年生 ，辽宁海阳人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目高跷（海城高跷）代 表性传承人。邢传佩15岁由父亲邢立才传授高跷技艺 ，演 “上装”（旦角） ，次年跟随伯父 邢立巨学演 “头跷”（武丑） ，20岁师从王才让 ，后参加辽宁省高跷秧歌改革培训班 ，师从 胡藻文、 郭丽华学习手绢、扇子功。近年来 ，邢传佩作为海城高跷活动的重要组织者 ，成立 了海城民间高跷秧歌艺术团 ，培养了夏威、李文岐等弟子 ，为传承海城高跷技艺做出了很大 贡献。
