男 ，汉族 ，1922年生 ，安徽颍上人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目花鼓灯（颍上花鼓 灯）代表性传承人。 王传先1939年拜颍上花鼓灯艺人唐佩金为师 ，学习花鼓灯 ，演 “兰花 ” , 艺名 “一条绳” ，是颍上唐派花鼓灯的代表性人物。 由于他身材细挑 ，脸蛋俊美 ，天生 一副好嗓子 ，唱腔优美 ，被沿淮群众赞誉为 “小蜜蜂”。他表演的花鼓灯舞蹈以 “抖、颤、 颠”见美 ，犹如一条抖动的绳 ， “一条绳”的艺名即源于此。他还擅长弦子灯的 “游场”表 演 ，扮 “兰花”上场独舞或与鼓架子配对演出时 ，表演的各种身法、 步法、架势和技巧 ，舞 姿优美 ，善于传情；演唱声音高亮清脆 ，富有韵味 ，深受群众的喜爱。他在颍上、蚌埠、淮 南等地授徒众多。代表作品有：《小放牛》《送郎治淮河》《打徐州》《叹五更》及现代花 鼓灯舞蹈《三月三》等。
