男 ，汉族 ，1919年生 ，安徽凤台人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目花鼓灯（凤台花鼓 灯）代表性传承人。 陈敬芝13岁开始玩花鼓灯 ，演 “兰花” ，艺名 “一条线”。 1939年他和 宋庭香、李学洪共同将流行在颍上、霍邱县的弦子灯和凤台县的花鼓灯相结合 ，唱腔优美动 人 ，群众称为 “一条线调”。他的表演细腻 ，动作轻盈秀丽 ，扇花手巾花丰富多变；无论是 身法上的 “颤、颠、抖” “三道弯” ，还是 “上山步” “小起步” “秀步”等舞步 ，都具有 极强的艺术魅力。 民间有顺口溜赞誉其表演魅力 “看见一条线 ，三天不吃饭；一条线一走， 睡倒九十九；一条线回头看 ，起来一大半”之说。 陈敬芝毕生从事花鼓灯艺术的表演、教学 和研究工作。他表演创作的花鼓灯代表作品有：《游春》《抢板凳》《野花谣》《黄毛丫头 》等。
