男 ，汉族 ，1949年生 ，四川泸县人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目龙舞（泸州雨坛彩 龙）代表性传承人。 罗德书14岁跟随父亲罗银坤学习舞龙技艺 ，在几十年的舞龙实践中 ，他 掌握了玩宝、耍龙头及龙中各个部位的舞蹈技艺、 完整的表演套路和经典的动作造型。他在 雨坛彩龙的表演中主要是耍龙头。他将自己的情感融入龙舞表演 ，在他的引领下 ，将 “龙” 舞得气势如虹 ，形神兼备。他在多年的舞龙实践中吸收了杂技和外地龙舞技艺的精华 ，对雨 坛彩龙的套路、技艺有所创新和发展。
