男 ，汉族 ，1943年生 ，广东陆丰人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目龙舞（汕尾滚地金 龙）代表性传承人。 黄锐胜自幼通过家族承传成为滚地金龙第十六代传人。他18岁正式参加 “金龙武术队” ，受到前辈的教导和器重 ，而后成为滚地金龙的舞龙头的艺人。他不断深入 探索滚地金龙的表演艺术 ，从实践中提高表演水准 ，在继承传统的基础上革新创作 ，使龙舞 表演更加连贯紧凑 ，起伏多变 ，神韵饱满。代表作品有：《双人舞龙》《金龙戏水》等。
