男 ，汉族 ，1941年生 ，河北井陉人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目井陉拉花代表性传承 人。 武新全出身于拉花世家 ，祖父武庭是著名拉花艺人。他从八九岁开始向父亲武连喜学习 拉花 ，掌握了拉花中各类角色的表演技法。他的舞姿健美舒展 ，动作收放自如、粗犷含蓄， 充分体现出井陉拉花舞蹈幅度大、 力度强、情绪深沉苍凉的艺术风格。他在继承传统的基础 上 ，不但丰富了舞蹈动作和场面变化 ，还改革了伴奏音乐 ，在不失传统音乐风格的基础上加 快节奏 ，增加大小唢呐和大小鼓打击乐 ，加强音乐的厚度和色彩 ，对井陉拉花的传承和发展 做出了重要贡献。
