男 ，汉族 ，1928年生 ，2008年去世 ，陕西绥德人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目秧歌 （陕北秧歌）代表性传承人 ，国家三级演员。李增恒12岁开始学跳秧歌 ，启蒙老师是闫文斌 。他擅长表演陕北秧歌二人场子中的 “包头” ，男扮女装 ，扮相俊俏 ，舞姿婀娜 ，尤其是他 做的 “跌软腰”动作 ，堪称一绝；跑的 “圆场步”轻盈、飘逸 ，被人们誉为 “水上飘” ，惟 妙惟肖地刻画出妙龄少女天真可爱的形象。 因他学艺时年方6岁 ，又排行老六 ，成名后 “六六 旦”就成了他的艺名。 当地群众有 “看了六六旦 ，三天不吃饭；看了六六走 ，好似喝烧酒” 的说法。他教授的学生遍及省内外 ，可谓桃李满天下。
