男 ，汉族 ，1926年生 ，2008年去世 ，山东海阳人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目秧歌 （海阳大秧歌）代表性传承人。 鞠洪钧十几岁开始学扭秧歌 ，师从秧歌老艺人鞠荣学演 “乐 大夫”一角。他在实践中不断摸索、 自悟 ，博采众长 ，更撷取武术 “螳螂门”的功架姿态， 融汇到 “乐大夫”舞蹈动作中 ，形成刚劲、沉稳、气度不凡的表演风格。他热衷海阳大秧歌 的普及 ，传人无数。他的儿子鞠进东、兄弟鞠洪彬、侄子鞠卫波、孙女鞠丽萍等都得自他的 亲传。 1960年曾应海阳市文化馆聘请开办海阳大秧歌 “乐大夫”培训班。 2004年在 “园林杯 ”海洋大秧歌角色大赛中为公众展示推广 “乐大夫”舞蹈动作 ，并被 “海洋大秧歌民间艺术 节组委会”授予 “著名秧歌艺人”称号。
