男 ，汉族 ，1919年生 ，2007年去世 ，山东海阳人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目秧歌 （海阳大秧歌）代表性传承人。 王发13岁师从当时的著名秧歌艺人闫述 ，学演女角王大娘。 他悟性高 ，肯吃苦 ，加之多年演出、参悟、创新 ，形成了 “拧、提、抻、翻”的动作特点， 终于自成一派。他以自创的 “大遮阳” “大闪腰” “燕打场”等舞蹈语汇 ，将 “王大娘”塑 造成一个风流泼辣、浪野妩媚的少妇形象 ，在当地独树一帜 ，人送艺名 “扭断腰”。他的许 多动作语汇 ，经专业舞蹈家提炼加工 ，编入艺术院校的民间舞蹈教材。 1997年 ，王发应邀为 北京舞蹈学院民间舞系的学生授课 ，为传承和普及海阳大秧歌做出了重要贡献。
