男 ，汉族 ，1955年生 ，山东胶州人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目秧歌（胶州秧歌）代 表性传承人。 吴英民1979年退伍还乡后 ，向多位民间老艺人学习 ，整理、研究本村及其他传 承地的秧歌艺术 ，特别是师从东路胶州秧歌宗师刘彩的第四代传人李敬贤后 ，全面掌握了胶 州秧歌的各项技能 ，尤其在秧歌舞蹈及音乐方面有很高的造诣。在他从艺的近三十年间 ，组 建了传统秧歌队伍 ，1997年吴英民应邀为北京舞蹈学院民间舞系的学生授课 ，为传承和普及 胶州秧歌做出了重要贡献。
