男 ，汉族 ，1946年生 ，山东商河人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目秧歌（鼓子秧歌）代 表性传承人。杨克胜师从鼓子秧歌著名艺人韩振玉 ，精通秧歌跑场的知识、规律 ，在秧歌队 中担任丑（头）伞。其表演情绪饱满 ，热情奔放 ，舞技高超 ， “扛伞”动作舒展大气 ， “插 伞”动作潇洒稳健。他的 “鼓子”也打得非常好 ，无论是做 “路鼓子”还是 “掏鼓子”动 作 ，都做得幅度大且刚劲有力。他经常为年轻人传授鼓子秧歌技艺 ，培养了很多鼓子秧歌队 员。
