男 ，汉族 ，1969年生 ，北京人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目京西太平鼓代表性传承人 。其父高殿起是京西太平鼓著名艺人。 高洪伟12岁起跟随父亲学打太平鼓 ，20世纪80年代初 参加父亲组织的太平鼓表演队 ，除走街串巷为村民们表演外 ，还多次在北京市各种民间花会 上进行表演。他继承了高派太平鼓的表演技艺 ，得到了父亲和当地群众的认可 ，最终接过父 亲手里的鼓槌 ，肩负起传承太平鼓的重担。 高洪伟表演的太平鼓 ，洒脱奔放 ，尤其是他做的 “大搧鼓”动作尤为观者称道 ，很有明代杨补在《长安迎年鼓曲》 中描述太平鼓时所说 “抖 肩掂踵不自持”的传统风韵。 目前 ，高洪伟担任门头沟 “京西太平鼓传承学校”（新桥路中 学、大峪二小）的艺术指导 ，为京西太平鼓的传承和发展做出了贡献。代表作品有：《太平 谣》《鼓舞太平》等。
