男 ，汉族 ，1939年生 ，福建晋江人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目南音代表性传承人， 泉州市南音协会常务副主席 ，晋江市南音协会主席。 自幼随父亲苏宗家学习南音 ，16岁入晋 江木偶剧团 ，从陈天保继续学艺。他记忆了大量南音指谱曲 ，拥有较高的演奏水平 ，对南音 的 “滚门” “ 曲牌” “支系”等有相当的了解 ，尤其擅长洞箫演奏及唱腔艺术 ，具有南音的 古雅、情韵之美。 多次率团出访菲律宾、 印度尼西亚、新加坡等国家 ，编辑出版有《弦管过 支套曲选集》《弦管指谱大全》《弦管过支古曲选集》《弦管古曲选集》（8卷）等著作。
