女 ，汉族 ，1942年生 ，福建泉州人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目南音代表性传承人， 泉州南音乐团二级演员。 1960年入泉州民间乐团 ，随庄应祈、 王友福、 吴萍水学习南音 ，表 演基本功扎实、舞台经验丰富 ，拥有个人独特的艺术风格。在代表作《刑罚》 中 ，黄淑英能 一人演唱四种角色 ，获福建省曲艺调演一等奖。 曾多次随团出访菲律宾、 印度尼西亚、新加 坡等国家 ，深受海内外听众好评。
