又名吾斯曼·艾买提 ，男 ，维吾尔族 ，1959年生 ，新疆喀什人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产 项目新疆维吾尔木卡姆艺术（十二木卡姆）代表性传承人 ，一级演员。 1966年开始跟母亲学 习歌唱木卡姆。 1976年在喀什艺术学校系统地学习维吾尔木卡姆艺术并演唱部分木卡姆。 1978年至1980年 ，跟米吉提热瓦甫、 哈力克阿吉、泽克尔艾力拍塔、 卡吾力·吐尔地等著名 的木卡姆艺术家系统地学习了维吾尔木卡姆的弹唱。 1980年至今将维吾尔十二木卡姆的大部 分重新整理并搬上舞台 ，培养了五十多名学生。 乌斯曼·艾买提善于演唱维吾尔十二木卡姆， 尤其是他演唱的 “木凯迪曼”（散板序唱）音域宽广 ，高音明亮 ，吐字清晰 ，嗓音通透。
