男 ，汉族 ，1928年生 ，江苏苏州人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目苏州玄妙观道教音乐 代表性传承人 ，苏州玄妙观道士。 1938年至1945年随祖父赵子琴、 父亲赵厚福学习道教斋醮 科仪和飞钹技艺 ，熟练掌握了笛子、 三弦、 鼓等演奏技巧 ，尤以飞钹技艺为绝 ，多次赴英国 、 比利时、港澳台等地 ，在国内外道教音乐节演出 ，受到专家学者的广泛好评。
