男 ，汉族 ，1947年生 ，河北霸州人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目冀中笙管乐（高桥音 乐会）代表性传承人。 高桥古乐形成以来的四百多年间 ，主要乐手和传人均为尚氏。 尚学智9 岁随叔父学习高桥古乐 ，14岁起继承了 “点笙”（制笙、修笙）祖业 ，19岁成为主要乐手， 35岁成为师傅传授古乐至今。他能够熟练演奏高桥音乐会中的所有乐器 ，尤擅长吹笙 ，演奏 音律精准、格调古雅 ，达到了很高的艺术水平。他制作的笙、笛行销山西、河北、 内蒙古、 北京、天津等地 ，具有很高的知名度。 2005年 ，中国艺术研究院音乐研究所和英国BBC广播 电台曾对尚学智进行采访、录像。
