男 ，汉族 ，1954年生 ，河北涞水人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目冀中笙管乐（高洛音 乐会）代表性传承人。 1978年师从闫文煜学习古乐 ，1995年任音乐会会长。他熟悉音乐会各 种乐器的演奏 ，对管子演奏尤为精通 ，在国内多所音乐院校举办演出 ，曾荣获河北省群星奖 一等奖 ，其保存的工尺谱资料被收入《河北民间工尺谱》。
