男 ，汉族 ，1931年生 ，湖南永顺人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目土家族打溜子代表性 传承人。 13岁随伯父罗玉轩学习 “五人溜子” ，以唢呐演奏见长 ，其演奏音色高亢明亮、循 环换气技巧运用自如 ，成为罗家班第三代传人。 1957年 ，罗仕碧参加全省农村艺术观摩汇演 获优秀节目二等奖 ，1959年晋京参加全国第二届民间音乐舞蹈观摩汇演 ，被评为优秀节目， 代表曲目有《将军令》《安庆》等。
