男 ，汉族 ，1955年生 ，重庆梁平人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目梁平癞子锣鼓代表性 传承人。 1961年随父刘顺金学习癞子锣鼓 ，参加民间丧俗演出活动 ，为梁平癞子锣鼓第四代 传人。他能够熟练演奏癞子锣鼓中的二鼓、大锣、钹、 马锣等乐器 ，熟记癞子锣鼓的全部曲 谱 ，演奏流畅完整 ，心、 口、 手合一。 多次参加民间文艺演出并获奖 ，培养出数十名梁平癞 子锣鼓代表性传承人。
