男 ，汉族 ，1938年生 ，广东台山人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目广东音乐代表性传承 人 ，副研究馆员 ，曾任广东省台山市文化馆副馆长、 文联主席等职。 早年师从陈品豪学习琵 琶 ，从刘天一和李凌学习高胡演奏和广东音乐写作 ，先后在台山师范音美班和台山文化馆从 事音乐创作、 高胡演奏及广东音乐研究等工作。其高胡演奏音调优美、 音色委婉 ，具有浓郁 的岭南音乐特色 ，创作八百余首歌曲和广东音乐作品并多次获奖 ，出版有《陈哲深音乐作品 选集》《台山民间歌曲集》等著作。
