男 ，汉族 ，1934年生 ，湖北枝江人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目枝江民间吹打乐代表 性传承人。 1952年 ，杜海涛拜郑进芳学艺从事民间吹打乐活动 ，1980年组建来兴村民间吹打 乐班 ，常年活跃于农村舞台 ，培养出大批吹打乐传人。他精通吹打乐的各个行当 ，击乐打法 形式多样 ，对 “十番鼓”的运用尤具特色。 2000年 ，杜海涛及其乐班表演的枝江民间吹打乐 《娶亲》获全国 “ 四进社区”文艺展演银奖 ，其嫡传弟子李丛海等人也多次在宜昌市民间艺 术大赛中获奖。
