男 ，汉族 ，1948年生 ，山东嘉祥人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目鲁西南鼓吹乐代表性 传承人。伊双来自幼随父亲学习鼓吹乐演奏 ，15岁开始领班活跃于各种民俗活动之中。擅长 唢呐演奏 ，以吹奏《开门子》《落子》等曲目及 “火烧葡萄架” “二龙戏珠” “双鼻孔吹唢 呐”等技艺最为著名 ，其演奏音色清脆、起伏激荡 ，并融合了魔术、杂技等多种技巧。他多 次参加大型节庆演出并获奖 ，培养出十余名知名学生 ，对鲁西南鼓吹乐的发展做出了积极贡 献。
