男 ，汉族 ，1933年生 ，福建福州人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目茶亭十番音乐代表性 传承人。 陈英木15岁随父亲组织的 “三听月楼”从事演奏活动 ，新中国成立后考取福州闽剧 团 ，后因 “文革”剧团解散被分配到工厂工作 ，但从未间断茶亭音乐的演出 ，多次参加福州 市各项民俗表演。 陈英木擅长演奏椰胡、逗管、狼串、清鼓等多种乐器 ，出版有《福州茶亭 十番音乐》等著作。
