Inheritor Introduction：
男 ，满族 ，1940年生 ，吉林辽源人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目古琴艺术代表性传承 人。 1957年师从查阜西学习古琴 ，师从溥雪斋、潘素学国画。 1958年考入中央音乐学院 ，师 从吴景略学琴。 1963年毕业留校任教 ，1989年到英国剑桥大学作古琴即兴演奏研究并在伦敦 大学亚非学院音乐研究中心任客座研究员 ，教授古琴和洞箫。 1994年10月回到中央音乐学院 继续任教。现为中央音乐学院教授 ，中国民族管弦乐学会古琴专业委员会荣誉会长。著有《 古琴实用教程》（上海音乐学院出版社） ，录制有《李祥霆古琴艺术》《幽居》《睡莲》等 十多种个人演奏专辑 ，曾在英、美、法、德等国家以及港澳台地区举行五十多场个人独奏音 乐会。
