男 ，东乡族 ，1930年生 ，青海民和人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目花儿（七里寺花儿 会）代表性传承人。 青海省文联副主席。 自幼向老一辈花儿歌手李和盛、赵材生等人学习， 又和同一代人传唱 ，后收集、整理、积累花儿资料 ，出版《马营花儿选》《新花儿选》《民 和歌谣集》等书籍 ，并培养民间歌手 ，开展传习活动 ，现有徐秀福等六名徒弟。
