男 ，藏族 ，1925年生 ，2008年去世 ，四川德格人。第一批国家级非物质文化遗产项目藏医药 (甘孜州南派藏医药)代表性传承人 ，甘孜州藏医院主任藏医药师 ，享受国务院政府特殊津贴。 他自幼跟随扎木拉吉等名医学习藏药知识 ，19岁时专门到西藏向钦绕罗布等著名藏医药大师 学习藏医药知识 ，掌握了南北派藏医学精髓 ，后一直担任藏医临床、人才培养、科研、 制药 等工作。在长期的藏医药临床实践中 ，总结前人的学术理论和方法 ，并结合自己的临床经 验 ，对藏区高原人群的疾病总结出独特的治疗方法。 多次主持 “仁青佐塔”的研制工作 ，先 后在各级刊物和学术会议上发表论文二十多篇。
