男 ，汉族 ，1956年生 ，江苏苏州人。第一批国家级非物质文化遗产项目剧装戏具制作技艺代 表性传承人 ，苏州剧装戏具合作公司工艺师。李荣森为家传制作剧装戏具的第三代传人， 1976年随父亲学习剧装图案设计 ，后在苏州剧装戏具厂研习色彩和刺绣。他对全国各剧种以 及剧种间各流派的风格 ，都有相当的研究 ，已基本掌握了全部剧装戏具产品的制作过程以及 大部分道具产品的生产工艺。李荣森担任副厂长后狠抓传统戏衣的改良创新工作 ，他领导下 的企业所生产的剧装戏具门类齐全 ，品种丰富 ，图案独特 ，色彩雅丽 ，工艺细致 ，制作精良 。 2000年 ，他被国务院新闻办邀请随中国政府文化代表团出访美国 ，担任随团展出的中国历 代服饰展的顾问。在工作之余 ，他还注意资料的整理和收集 ，于2006年写作完成了《中国传 统戏衣》一书。
