男 ，藏族 ，1955年生 ，四川德格人。第一批国家级非物质文化遗产项目德格印经院藏族雕版 印刷技艺代表性传承人。坐落在德格县城的德格印经院为藏族地区三大印经院之首 ，素有 “ 藏文化大百科全书”之称 ，现在的印经工艺包括造纸、 制版、 印刷等程序。 1980年至 1983年 ，彭措泽仁在此向老艺人泽批学习雕刻工艺 ，1984年至今在德格印经院从事雕刻印版 工作 ，包括经版的校对工作。数十年来 ，他雕刻了五千多张印版 ，多部经版为印经院内从未 收藏过的文学作品和画版。 彭措泽仁培养了二十多位徒弟 ，2009年元宵节 ，他还率领众人到 北京参加 “ 中国非物质文化遗产传统技艺大展” ，观众反响强烈。
