女 ，汉族 ，1959年生 ，北京人。第一批国家级非物质文化遗产项目木版水印技艺代表性传承 人 ，荣宝斋高级技师。 王丽菊1979年在荣宝斋参加木版水印印刷工作 ，师承老一代印刷艺人 、 中华技术能手王玉良先生。 1980年有机会参加了染矾绢的工作 ，这种绢品专用于印制精品 作品 ，制作技艺十分严格 ，工序复杂。 王丽菊在工作实践中 ，虚心向师傅们学习 ，刻苦研 究 ，很快掌握了技术要领 ，并且能够独立完成。从闷纸撤活到刷色掸色 ，从垫纸砑印到砑印 枯笔 ，从复制纸本到精印绢本 ，从工笔到写意 ，从颜色印刷到拱花 ，都能得心应手。她参与 印制的作品有：《中国版画集》《十竹斋笺谱》《白石老人画集》等。现在 ，她是印刷车间 的骨干 ，是攻克技术难题的带头人 ，而且培养了三名徒弟 ，继续传承着这门传统手艺。
