男 ，汉族 ，1950年生 ，广东肇庆人。第一批国家级非物质文化遗产项目端砚制作技艺代表性 传承人 ，肇庆市制砚名师。程氏端砚制作传承已有十五代 ，程文为程氏端砚制作第十三代传 人 ，传承程氏第十二代传人、一代宗师程四制砚技艺。他在继承传统风格的基础上 ，大胆创 新 ，多方发展 ，全面领会 ，打破前人独守一面的局面 ，成为多才多艺的制砚能手。程文制 砚 ，激情满怀 ，往往根据砚石的形状、材质因材施艺 ，大刀阔斧 ，雕琢小方砚石 ，亦能凸显 出他大气的风格。作品有花鸟鱼虫、龙凤龟蛇、 亭台楼阁、 山水人物、仿石刻字等 ，刀法流 畅 ，基本功扎实。代表作品有：《旭日东升一浪》《晨曦》《端州古郡图》等。 自2000年至 今 ，程文的多方砚石获得国家级特别金奖和国家级金奖 ，他还把自己在制砚上的经验以及如 何鉴赏端砚的心得撰写成论文 ，提供给广大端砚爱好者和学习者。
