男 ，维吾尔族 ，1928年生 ，新疆墨玉人。第一批国家级非物质文化遗产项目维吾尔族桑皮纸 制作技艺代表性传承人。制作桑皮纸曾是维吾尔族养家糊口的技艺 ，托乎提·吐尔迪1950年跟 师傅学习桑皮纸制作技艺 ，八年后自己开办造纸作坊 ，1966年作坊停业。他制作的桑皮纸呈 黄色 ，纤维很细 ，有少量的杂质 ，但十分结实 ，韧性很好 ，质地柔软 ，拉力强 ，不断裂 ，也 不易被虫蛀。 20世纪80年代以后 ，桑皮纸逐渐退出了维吾尔族群众的日常生活 ，托乎提·吐尔 迪仍每年制作少量的桑皮纸 ，是目前新疆桑皮纸生产艺人中技艺最高超者。
