男 ，汉族 ，1952年生 ，贵州贞丰人。第一批国家级非物质文化遗产项目皮纸制作技艺代表性 传承人。刘世阳是小屯乡刘氏造纸的第九代传人 ，他于1965年开始学习造纸 ，三年后承袭父 业。他制作的皮纸纸质绵韧 ，纸面平整 ，厚薄一致 ，手感润柔 ，柔中带刚。其产品主要有黄 金纸、壁纸 ，有些产品还出口到欧美地区。 2006年起 ，刘世阳开始技艺传承活动 ，先后将古 法造纸的技艺传给其弟刘仕友、 刘仕虎和其子刘梦 ，希望他们将这项传统技艺发扬光大。
