女 ，汉族 ，1953年生 ，四川成都人。第一批国家级非物质文化遗产项目成都漆艺代表性传承 人 ，四川省工艺美术大师。 1975年 ，尹利萍跨入成都漆艺行业 ，师从陈春和。 1977年 ，她同 时追随余书云大师学习漆艺。 20世纪80年代 ，尹利萍先后在四川美术学院漆艺设计专业和中 央工艺美术学院学习、进修 ，得到了沈福文、李大树、乔十光等漆艺界老前辈的点拨教导， 并且系统地学习了国画、版画、水彩、 图案、装饰设计等。 尹利萍尤其擅长装饰工艺 ，对最 能代表成都漆艺装饰技艺的雕花填彩、雕漆影花、雕锡丝光晕彩、堆漆彩绘、拉刀针刻、变 涂莳绘等皆得心应手。此外 ，她还积极借鉴日本漆艺的长处 ，拓展了成都漆艺中精细彩绘、 莳绘的装饰性表现力。 尹利萍毫无保留地将全部技艺传授给徒弟 ，希望成都漆艺薪火不断。 代表作品有：《旋转式鱼纹攒盒》《金陵十二钗》等。
