男 ，汉族 ，1936年生 ，福建福州人。第一批国家级非物质文化遗产项目福州脱胎漆器髹饰技 艺代表性传承人 ，中国工艺美术大师。获得 “ 中国工艺美术终身成就奖”。 1956年 ，郑益坤 考入福州工艺美术学校漆艺科 ，师从李芝卿大师系统地学习漆工艺的基本技艺 ，同时还得到 了漆艺家高秀泉、著名花鸟画家陈子奋、 书法家潘主兰等前辈的悉心指导。 20世纪60年代， 郑益坤首创了福州风格的 “漆画金鱼”。 20世纪80年代 ，他在福州工艺美术研究所组织科研 人员研究并开发了 “装饰漆膜” “漆器移饰”等漆艺产品 ，创造性地发展了罩明、变涂、磨 显等一系列技术 ，丰富了漆艺的语言 ，增强了漆艺的表现力。 以大漆研磨为工艺特色 ，创作 层次迷离、肌理变幻、 意境深邃的漆艺作品是郑益坤毕生的追求。代表作品有：《金鱼》《 春晴蝶舞》《心愿》《夜巡》《菊香》等。
