男 ，汉族 ，1939年生 ，江苏洪泽人。第一批国家级非物质文化遗产项目扬州漆器髹饰技艺代 表性传承人 ，中国工艺美术大师。 1956年 ，赵如柏从洪泽来到扬州漆器厂 ，拜著名漆器艺人 梁国海为师学习雕漆技艺 ，潜心研究雕漆的各种技法 ，1958年到南京艺术学院工艺美术专修 科学习三年 ，之后回到扬州漆器厂雕漆车间任技术员 ，此后一直从事雕漆制作 ，运用浮雕、 圆雕、透雕等手法制作了很多雕漆精品。 20世纪80年代后 ，赵如柏开始涉足古楠木雕。赵如 柏雕漆技艺娴熟 ，刀法圆润 ，藏锋不露 ，线条流畅 ，作品精致细腻。从艺近五十年来 ，他积 累了丰富的雕刻经验 ，擅长红雕漆和装饰雕 ，尤其擅长古楠木雕、漆砂砚的髹饰技艺。代表 作品有：《春溪幽谷图》《泰山揽胜》《江山神韵》等。
