男 ，保安族 ，1958年生 ，甘肃积石山人。第一批国家级非物质文化遗产项目保安族腰刀锻制 技艺代表性传承人。他自幼跟随父亲马以奴斯习练保安族腰刀锻制技艺 ，12岁时已基本熟悉 保安族腰刀锻制技艺的全套工序 ，在父亲不断地点拨下 ，青年时期的马维雄已经成为一名技 艺高超的工匠 ，成为马尕虎传承谱系中第三代传承人。他所打制的腰刀式样新颖独特、美观 大方 ，而且加钢好、淬火准时 ，刚柔相济 ，刀口锋利 ，经久耐用。 刀型主要为西瓜头和什样 锦双刀。 1985年 ，马维雄在保安族聚居地刀匠技艺比赛中获得一等奖；2000年在积石山县首 届保安族艺术节上 ，他的五寸什样锦双刀被县政府作为礼物馈赠来宾。农闲时 ，他还不断钻 研和发展保安族腰刀的锻制技艺 ，并致力于培养腰刀锻制的第四代传人。
