男 ，苗族 ，1962年生 ，云南大关人。第一批国家级非物质文化遗产项目苗族芦笙制作技艺代 表性传承人。 王杰锋出身于芦笙制作世家 ，他是第五代传人 ，其祖辈都是当地著名的芦笙制 作艺人 ，名声远播贵州威宁、 毕节和滇东北苗族村寨 ，被誉为 “芦笙世家” ，当地人称他为 “王芦笙”。他自幼随父学艺 ，父亲王开荣对他要求极为严格 ，每道工序都要做到烂熟于心 。 王杰锋不仅是制作芦笙的高手 ，而且是芦笙演奏的高手。现已开办了芦笙制作坊 ，社会上 已有二十余人投入他门下 ， 目前王杰锋的芦笙制作技艺已经后继有人。
