男 ，汉族 ，1941年生 ，2012年去世 ，福建德化人。第一批国家级非物质文化遗产项目德化瓷 烧制技艺代表性传承人 ，中国工艺美术大师 ，享受国务院政府特殊津贴。 1956年 ，苏清河进 入德化瓷厂雕塑组 ，师从苏勤明学习陶瓷工艺。他从事陶瓷工艺美术工作五十余载 ，先后在 建阳、古田及德化东澄、 宝美等瓷厂工作。他在继承德化瓷雕优秀艺术技巧上不断创新发展 。 1994年完成 “莹玉红新瓷种”研发工作。 莹玉红是明代享誉世界的稀有窑变瓷——孩儿红 的变体 ，它瓷质细腻坚实 ，高洁无瑕 ，胎釉一体 ，晶莹剔透 ，白中泛红 ，温润高雅 ，美如脂 玉 ，在光线的照射下分外优美动人。苏清河坚持培养德化瓷烧制技艺的传承人 ，在他的努力 下 ，部分传人已经成为这一领域的后起之秀。他的代表作品有《寄艳花瓶》《华严三圣》 等 ，其中《立莲观音》《坐岩观音》已被中国美术馆收藏。
