男 ，维吾尔族 ，1958年生 ，新疆英吉沙县人。第一批国家级非物质文化遗产项目维吾尔族模 制法土陶烧制技艺代表性传承人。他是买买提明·萨吾尔大师的第三代传人 ，14岁开始随父亲 学习土陶制作技艺 ，由于天资聪慧 ，不到半年时间 ，土陶烧制技艺便超过了许多成年人。 为 了提高技艺 ，他不断寻师学艺 ，形成了自己独特的土陶风格。他制作的土陶造型独特 ，技艺 出众 ，尤其是素陶和琉璃陶的制作最具匠心。 素陶经削、 刮、粘接、镂刻图案等细加工 ，达 到素而不贫的效果；琉璃陶则根据矿石不同比例配置后形成的釉色分为深绿、浅绿、棕色、 土黄、 土红、奶黄和白色。其主要作品有罐、洗手壶、洗手盆、花瓶、碗等 ，细腻古朴 ，具 有典型的维吾尔族风格 ，得到许多名家的好评。其中 “阿不都瓦（装洗手水的壶）”的制作 水平为全疆之首。
