男 ，汉族 ，1922年生 ，2010年去世 ，浙江海宁人。第一批国家级非物质文化遗产项目灯彩 （硖石灯彩）代表性传承人。 1940年 ，陈伟炎开始接触灯彩艺术 ，并得孙惟君指点 ，现已成 为现当代硖石灯彩的主要代表人之一。 陈伟炎博采众长 ，他时常与同时代的灯彩艺人探讨、 切磋技艺 ，经过数十年的锤炼 ，深刻领会了硖石灯彩 “画、拗、扎、结、刻、裱、针、糊” 八大传统技法。 1997年 ，陈伟炎在继承传统工艺的基础上开拓创新 ，将茶壶和灯彩结合 ，创 作出硖石灯彩的一个新品种—茶壶灯 ，创造性地把灯文化与茶文化融为一体。
