男 ，汉族 ，1954年生 ，河南鹤壁人。第一批国家级非物质文化遗产项目泥塑（浚县泥咕咕） 代表性传承人。 王学锋是著名民间泥玩艺术家王蓝田之子 ，浚县泥玩第九代传人。 王学锋8岁 随父学艺 ，深得其父真传 ，至今从艺已达四十余年。浚县泥咕咕依形态可分为人物、 动物、 飞禽三大类 ，有数百个品种。 王学锋的作品造型生动、 手法细腻、色彩艳丽、形神并茂 ，与 其父作品一脉相承 ，保留了浚县泥玩的独特韵味。其作品小巧别致 ，坚固便携。代表作品 有：《独角兽》《狮子滚绣球》《大阿福》等。
