男 ，汉族 ，1945年生 ，浙江东阳人。第一批国家级非物质文化遗产项目东阳木雕代表性传承 人 ，中国工艺美术大师。 陆光正14岁考入东阳木雕学校 ，15岁师从东阳著名的 “雕花状元” 楼水明先生 ，主要学习人物山水。 1965年 ，他赴浙江美术学院进修 ，其后在东阳木雕总厂研 究所负责设计工作； 1985年任东阳木雕总厂厂长兼东阳木雕技校校长。 陆光正在木雕艺术领 域孜孜以求四十余年 ，贯通多种雕刻技法 ，擅长木雕建筑装饰的总体设计和造型设计 ，改变 了东阳木雕不能做大型作品的历史性难题。他创作了各种题材的艺术珍品四百余件 ，在国内 外取得盛誉。代表作品《百鸟朝凤》《锦绣中华》陈列于人民大会堂浙江厅 ，《三英战吕布 》被中国工艺美术馆珍藏。
